The first was installed on a 2018 Chevy Silverado and the second on a 2022 GMC Sierra, both 4wd. I tow a 7,500 lb. 30’ camping trailer that has a significant amount of tongue weight. With these bags set at 55 psi, I can level the truck out with a bed loaded down with full ice chests and other camping paraphernalia, along with the trailer itself. The ride is a bit bouncy which is to be expected with that much weight and pressure, but the difference in brake feel and steering feel is unmistakable. The power, gearing, and cooling capacity of these new half tons far exceeds what the suspension can safely handle, the idea that I a 1/2 to. Can tow 10,000+ pounds is ludicrous without some form of stabilization in the rear. There’s nothing worse than watching someone tow with the rear of their truck slammed on the bump stops and the nose pointing to the sky . I feel much safer with my family in the truck knowing that I have a more even weight distribution for braking and steering response. In normal every day driving I leave the bags at the recommended minimum of 5 psi and it is as if they are not there. I highly recommend for any half ton owner doing any notable amount of towing or hauling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small install issues, but work great!!! *by M***K on Reviewed in the United States on March 23, 2021* Installed the bags this weekend. Two biggest issues were that the large nylock nuts would not tread down tight no matter what. I even took the bag and the bracket to the bench and tried to tighten it there in a vice. The nut would not go down all the way. Got some regular nuts and lock washers and all went well.Second I broke an air fitting trying to tighten that nylock nut. If I were to do it again I would put that fitting on AFTER you put the large lock nut on. That way you don't take the chance of hitting and breaking a brass fitting with a wrench.Install hint - leave the tires on the ground but jack up the body by the tow hitch. Then you have lots of room to compress the bags and you don't have to suck the air out like the instructions say. Then you should not break the brass fitting because it will not be there.Took about 2 1/2 hours with regular tools.
