Review: BUYER BEWARE - Do not waste your time and money buying this product! It is absolute trash. It won’t allow us to sign in to google play in order to put any new apps on the tablet. Freezes all the time. Can’t use the browser, the screen turns black and boots us out when we try (same thing when we try to sign in to google play). Don’t even get me started on the non existent battery life. This thing does not hold a charge at all. I should have read the other reviews before I purchased this.

**Q: Can I use YouTube easily and fast?**
A: I wouldn't necessarily say fast. The tablet I received runs very slow. I would love for them to swap mine out for the fast one they describe.

**Q: Why is this tablet advertised with a case? I never received the case just the tablet.**
A: I received the case already on the tablet. In which I returned the next day, it stopped working anyway

**Q: Can I download kindle and Prime video? Thx!**
A: you can use this tablet as a natural tablet and it fits kids more.

**Q: Can I use abc mouse software on this device?**
A: I’m not sure. I didn’t get a chance to really enjoy this tablet. It’s garbage

So sososo slow like any games he tries to play take forever to load if they even do load I paid for the premium membership on the tablet and all of the premium games don't even work extremely disappointed but you know it's so cheap I guess I couldn't expect much I thought Amazon would be better than that but understandably they can't control all their sellers I suppose but yeah I know definitely not worth it at all like he can't do anything other I mean it does watch YouTube in very poor quality not to mention the battery dies twice a day everyday it takes hours to charge seriously disappointed also the touch screen is way slow too on the reaction like you unlock it it takes 15 minutes almost to even get it up and running and then the only thing you can do really is YouTube some of the apps work but only in the basic mode even though I paid $30 for you know the lifetime of Premium or whatever it was I think it was like 50 dollars actually I'm not sure either way I'm going to have to buy something else so terrible terrible terrible
