I live in Brazil, and as soon as I came back home, I opened the box, read the Quick Start Guide provided in the box, instaled using Connect 5: GUITAR AMPLIFIER, and it didn't work. There is a DSP Error instead, which I'm not able to fix or reset, because device is locked. Asked for a warranty support from the official distributor in Brazil, which was denied because I bought my unit in United States. Asked for the global support rights from Mooer, using thir Web Site, no answer.
