Rust-Oleum 7274830 Stops Rust Metallic Spray Paint, 11 oz, Antique Brass

I used this Rust-Oleum Antique Brass spray paint to update a pair of dated outdoor light fixtures, and I'm genuinely impressed with the results. The color is a rich, warm brass that looks much more expensive than a can of spray paint has any right to. The paint went on smoothly with even coverage and didn't drip or streak when applied in light coats. It covered the old finish well and gave the fixtures a completely refreshed look. I'm so glad I tried this as it it helped me avoid replacing perfectly good fixtures, saving a significant amount of money while still achieving the updated look I wanted. The finish has a subtle metallic sheen without looking overly shiny or fake. If you're considering refinishing outdoor fixtures, hardware, or décor pieces, this paint is absolutely worth trying. The before-and-after difference exceeded my expectations.

This bronze metallic spray paint made my old garden statue look brand new! I used to have a lot of trouble with these aerosol cans until I also purchased the Rust-oleum "Comfort Grip". Makes it much easier to use. Now I look forward to all my painting projects. Color match was perfect! High quality paint - great value for the money! No clumping!

This Antique Brass is a great color to match vintage items. Goes on great, love the coverage! Tried other golds and they were not what I was wanting. Really love this color!

This was a great spray paint that covers very well. I used it on a bakers rack I was redoing and only had to use two cans to cover. It does have a sheen to it and O didn’t realize that is what the metallic meant- but overall I would use it again for the right project.

Someone wrote they paid six dollars per can on their review. I bought two cans a week ago for $11.74 and it just went up $.93 to $12.67! Honestly I call that price gouging. But now that I just went out in the backyard and thought I would check out the color on the metal objects I have in the yard that are completely faded and look horrible, I am definitely in love with the color so I just bought two more cans for everything in my yard that's metal. I was pretty lazy and did not even clean anything off or sand off the old paint. I sprayed over dirt just now with one of those gas masks on and enclosed goggles because the smell is so strong, I'm sure my neighbors are going to complain. I'll have to do this in the mornings before everyone gets up. Anyway, you can see the metal frog I bought years ago is looking like it should go in the trash but when I sprayed it it looks brand new again. The steel palm trees I have look horrible and I thought I would spray paint some of it and I guess I sprayed too much in one spot where you can see it kind of drips or turned dark in that area. Totally my fault because it's filthy and I just decided to give it a shot, but I absolutely love it because it matches some galvanized steel in my yard that's the same color. Other than the price gouging it's a really great spray paint and beautiful color. I recommend it. Maybe you can find it cheaper somewhere else but I'm not going out to the store. I guess I'm paying for convenience right now. I can't wait till I get all of the things in my yard done. They are going to look brand new again.

Needed a spray paint to cover some casted concrete door stops I made. Bought this because it was on sale. Great price for two cans. One was more than enough to paint three of these door stops with four to five coats each. Nice smooth finish, seems like it will last a while. Color true to cap.

Very strong smell, doesn't press lightly when you press to spray it, do light coats to get a nice even professional look.

Really liked the metallic blue colour, it dried in less than 12 hours. The smell is very strong however, so be careful.

Ordered champagne broze, but it is more like regular bronze. However, it still looks great! The handles on my fridge were turning yellow so I decided to spray paint them! Comes as a 6 pack of spray can so im gonna do a lot more painting! Love the look!! Did about 4 or 5 coats as this will be handled a lot. Wish it had more of that pinky champagne brozlnze look but still it looks way better than it did.
