Don't notice any difference where I  look through the glasses or how near or far im looking at something. As other commenter said - it's just like looking through 250+ or so readers. Plus it never seemed like they were just right no matter what I was looking at. If the idea is no matter what power reader you need these will work - I think you're better off just getting what you need. Feel like they're made well though. They're going back.

These glasses are supposed to replace having multiple powered readers. I normally use 1.25  or 1.50 power of readers. They are supposed to help with different  degrees  of closeness  to your subject matter.  They do not. The only time I can read anything is if I hold it 5 or 6 inches from my face. No way can I use them for computer work.
