It has met my expectations. It look a bit small in the picture but it is big. The bag comes with a shoulder strap if you prefer that style. I have no complaints. I love my new bag and the price was right. The only thing i would suggest to maybe divide it in too with a peace of material so wouldn't have to dig in to find something even if it has small pockets on the inside walls. The zip looks a bit cheap and hopefully will last through the cold winter just need to be careful with it.
