Review: Good yeast! - This yeast did the job for brewing a yeast starter
Review: Good stuff - I really like this. desertcart makes it convenient to order this kind of yeast when I plan on brewing in a pinch(since I have no local home brewing store). I have ordered this yeast once and it came in good packaging and when it was in the fermenter it made lots of activity. I'll be ordering again soon for another batch! Only think I don't like is how it it is relatively expensive, but i guess this is the price I pay for convenience.

I really like this. Amazon makes it convenient to order this kind of yeast when I plan on brewing in a pinch(since I have no local home brewing store). Makes really good beer and mead. Yes, I use it for mead. Just use a little acid, some yeast nutrient and this yeast and you are good to go. No funky aftertastes or smells and it will make mead stronger than you expect. I've made some really good Russian Imperial Stouts with this too.
