So much better! **Q: When it refers to mixed stacks, does it mean i can scan odd sizes and weights like wispy w-2's , bank statements, 8 1/2" x 11'" in one adf load?** A: I'm not sure if pages of different widths will work because the page guides would have to be set for the widest page, and smaller pages may pull unevenly. I am pretty sure that I have sent pages the same width but different lengths and weights through in one batch. The key thing is that the tops of all the pages would have to be lined up. The scanner definitely does both lighter stuff like a thin magazine page as well as heavier stuff like bank statements **Q: is there a copy function on this scanner?** A: If using an Epson printer, a scan job can be set up in the Document Capture software that would send scanned pages to the printer. The scan job could be assigned to the front control panel to activate without opening the software. (Not really a fair comparison but Epson plus fast PC totally smoked the former Fujitsu SnapScan plus old Dell gear.) Enough setting options for our use. Image quality has been good.
