The straps break . i have tried to contact manufacturer through phone calls and emails . No one calls back from Yaheetech the message says they are out to lunch no matter what time you call them , i left my contact info many times and no return calls . i tried to resolve with in the 30 days and still no support ., i asked amazon for support amazon said pretty much heard the same messages from the company.
