Then both a friend and my massage therapist recommended that I try one of these, and this was the best value version I could find, so I thought I'd give it a go.I've been pretty amazed at the results, and I don't believe any single product I've bought has had such a significant impact on reducing pain and discomfort. The posture I adopt when I'm wearing it is clearly better because after sitting at my desk while wearing it I very rarely get the pain I often get without it. I also think it's beginning to improve my posture long-term.I tend to find that I can only where it for a couple of hours at a time, as otherwise it starts to feel as if my movement is restricted.
