I have read this book on how to intermittent fast and finally really understand the best type of fast and how to get started for weight loss.I also really love the recipes at the end of your book that Will very much help me my meals while I fast.

Your information was very easy to understand. I am hoping this will be the beginning of a new life style. I read all of the information then read through the 30 day schedule and was excited that I liked all of the food choices the author gave to help me get started. The reason I only gave 4 stars is for the disappointment I felt when I got to the actual recipes. They were not recipes for the 30 day schedule. That would have been helpful and I would have been able to use the book to get started. Now I have to research on my own to follow his food suggestions. That was the purpose for buying the book.
