My Dr advised me to use This product for weight loss purposes. I ordered the double container and substituted the organic frog for breakfast and lunch and had a large salad for dinner. I lost 18 pounds in two weeks! Unfortunately, it doesn't taste very good and did cause constipation.

I've been using Greens today men along with the joint formula for years.  They're so complete you really don't need other supplements.  Mixes well in smoothies or my morning concoction with yogurt, almond milk, pecans and fruit.  Yeah, you can add some cereal too.  Since I'm using both, I split the doses.  There's also a women's formula
