It has dual probe setup ,which is really ideal for smoking or BBQ of my parties . The display units response very quickly. I used it for over one week. Overall I am very satisfied with this item. ### ⭐⭐ easy to use, temps were waaaay off *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2019* cooked a chuck roast on the grill, I noticed the temps were rising much faster than I thought it should (grill temp was 260). After a little over an hour, the temp read 153, so I took out hand held meat therm and it read 118. so much for this device. I went old school the rest of the way, the roast took about 6 hours and came out perfect...using the old school therm.
