I had some very dry skin and had red spots from scratching. There was a big improvement overnight and my skin began healing by the next morning. Did not help as much with the itchy sensation so I still used some hydrocortisone cream followed by this. My skin is much more soft and the itching has almost gone away completely. I had been using hydrocortisone prior for itching but before I tried this it never stated to subside. Now I'm using this without the itch cream because the itch feeling is has subsided greatly.
