Review: Coating can deteriorate even if treating with care. - Had an identical baking Analon 9X 13 inch for several years but baked a blueberry buckle several times and it was staining even though the temp was only 350. Don't recall ever using metal utensils in pan so not sure why the coating was showing signs of wear. I did replace it with this pan as I still had a perfectly good lid from previous purchase.
