This is a great height for filming when sitting in an office chair, and also works well in the garden for my daughter's videos.The angle of the phone holder is adjustable both up-down and left-right. The holder works on a spring loaded side and works with both our iPhone SE and my bigger P30 Pro without any issues.The LED ring comes with about 2 metres of cable. It needs plugging into a USB socket off a laptop or an old phone charger. It has three different light shades and is adjusted by an inline switch which allows you to make it brighter or duller.
