Completely misleading description. Useless for the stuff I have to sift. This product has 60 holes per length inch made out by a mesh of 60 wires per inch. Therefore, 60x60 = 3600 holes per sq. in.

what is the outside diameter of the small end?

They tell you what mesh it is. If it says 10 holes per inch its 10mesh.
