This comes in pieces, which are fairly easy to put together. However one of the pieces I received was broken. Not wanting to go through boxing it back up and shipping back, then waiting for another, my husband used wood glue and glued it back together. This did the trick. It's still a little disappointing that the pieces are so thin they can crack/break that easily. I will admit, I had a bit of trouble with the assembly and would have preferred if the rack came already assembled. Aside from that I like the design, I love the natural wood and it's a great piece to have in a kitchen or cellar. My mom has her's mounted to the wall in her kitchen and it looks great and has really come in handy.
