Terrible customer service from Amazon and Lifetime for broken equipment
Amazon failed to note Patent Pending on this piece of equipment. It broke after 2 days of use at a preschool. Because it was purchased over the summer (as most schools do) and put together in the fall with the start of the school year, I am being asked to disassemble, repackage and ship the 90 pound teeter totter back in order to receive a partial refund. Called Lifetime to check about any warranty and when pressing 3 for playground, it simply rings for minutes on end. Terrible customer service on both Amazon and Lifetime.

Rust Everywhere in Less than two years.
I want to love this product but the amount of rust on it after only two years in souther Texas has me wishing I had never purchased the plane. We have climber and swing set from the same company. We havenโt had issues with those but this is falling apart. My children love the plane. The design is great and I love the height adjustability. I messaged the company last year when I started seeing rust and never received a reply. Iโve messaged again as I expect that after spending $300 on a fancy teeter totter that it would last longer that two years without issues.

The sky's the limit with this fun plane
Many reviews states that the directions were hard to follow. Yes and no. It was basically simple to assemble, but it was mainly just me assembling it. It's wise to have a helper do this.It took me from 715 pm until 1020 pm start to finish. That's preparing tools, a table for parts, cleaning up, opening box, assembly, and 2 10 min breaks.Note:. Wings. Do not tighten screws all the way, due to having to add the support under the wing in a later step. I would have added those in earlier if I had read the instructions through and through before building, but I started from the beginning of the pamphlet.Screw guns were helpful in some sections, but not all. Best for the seats, the tail piece, and screwing the dashboard to the unit. I would only start most of the screws with it, and finish with the Allen keys. You have much better control on the tightness.Only partially tighten the propeller and steering wheel with the screw gun, and them use the provided keys to tighten as desiredSurprisingly, I was able to fit in the cockpit. Little tight. I'm 5'13", and over 200+pnds. Our daughter loved her surprise, and can't wait for her friends to come over and play with her new airplane. Years of fun to come.

Great toy, badly engineered instructions
Great backyard playground toy! My son loves it and plays in it every day, my only issue was the instructions are pretty bad, but not int he Ikea way where labels and such are confusingly laid out, its just assembled in such a way that makes the process take longer and be much more likely to misalign the overall construction. It shouldn't have you build the fuselage as one part, but instead keep it as two until the wings and nose are on and then you can bolt it together when the tail assembly goes on. Turns a 3 person job in to a one and a half and took almost 45 minutes less to build and was properly aligned and balanced the entire time.

Best thing for multiple kids
Coolest thing Iโve bought on Amazon. We have 3 kids and we had a see-saw for a few years. The problem was the kids had to have someone to play with. With this, It dosent matter if one, two or all three want to play. Thereโs room for seven.Instructions are all drawn pictures with very little actual words. Took us about an hour to build. Our package arrived damaged. So some of the parts got scratched. The box that arrives is HEAVY. It will take two people to lift or a dolly of sorts.

Fun toy for the kids. Not fun assembling it.
Like others have noted, this is very popular with the kids, even more popular that most playsets. We bought it so that our yard would have something different for our kids and their friends to play in that wasn't another trampoline or playset, which everyone else has already.I'm giving the product a 5 stars based on how fun it is after assembly. The assembly is pretty hard. Here are some pointers that you absolutely must follow (which we didn't, and this caused it to take about twice as long as it would have if we had followed them)1. Do not use power tools. They will most definitely strip the head of the bolts, which happened in our case. I knew I was not supposed to used power tools and thought I would anyway. Stripped a few bolts and had to spend time to remove them. This brings me to the next point2. Do not tighten all the bolts. Leave all of them loose till assembly is complete. Some of the bolts need to be removed and re attached. Again, something we did wrong which cost us time as the bolts to be removed were stripped.3. The toy must be placed on a soft surface, such as a lawn. However, in just one day of use, the spots below the two wings became into holes in my lawn. Keep that in mind. Your lawn will get destroyed to some degree or the other. We ended up moving the plane to the far back of our yard where I don't care for a few bumps and holes.4. Friends reccomend supergluing the plastic caps on several pieces to prevent them from being removed accidentally during moving the toy.5. Assembly involves driving screws through holes in metal pipes that must be perfectly aligned. This was much harder than assembling a TV stand, or a crib, where you are screwing wooden components together. Greater torque is needed and you risk getting the screw stuck if it is not aligned perfectly.

Worth the money. Kids love it.
My kids love this teeter totter. It was easy enough to assemble. Just a bit time consuming. My husband put it together by himself over the course of a few hours. We love watching them play and using their imaginations. This will last for years I'm sure.

Great toy!
Great toy!! Great price!! I only gave 4 stars because, many of the pieces were bent and some of the holes were not per drilled big enough.. luckily my husband had the knowledge and tools to fix the problem

Am so happy with this purchase.
This is the perfect addition to our backyard. Our 3 year old loves planes and loves this. I know it says til age 10 but I already have it on the highest setting for my 3 year old so I think age 10 is a stretch. Great value. Very pleased.

Soaring High!
Purchased for our almost 3 year old grandson, he hasn't seen it yet but I am sure it will be a hit as he loves planes. Like the fact that it has height adjustment for when he grows older. Like the ease of movement. Good quality, lots of vivid colours, like that the propeller moves with the steering wheel, and the interactive dashboard. Assembly was not difficult but a couple hours of work. What a fantastic purchase, would recommend to anyone.
