Review: Simple but effective - This is my only - and favorite eyelash curler. It is great for the price and keeps my eyelashes held throughout the whole day. I have straight eyelashes (but is good at holding a curl) for reference. **Q: Is the pad latex or silicone?**
A: Silicone

**Q: Is there a pad on just the bottom or top and bottom?**
A: Just the bottom and it fell out after a week of use - NOT the Revlon quality as usual  :(   The finger grips fell out after the second use.

**Q: Does it come with a replacement rubber piece?**
A: Yes it does. It comes with 1 replacement piece.

**Q: Where can I get replacement pads for this curler?**
A: I think the eyelash curler came with an extra one and I also bought more than one eyelash curler. I do think they sell this kind at Kmart and maybe walgreens though hope this helps ðŸ~‰

Worked really well but over time it looses its pressure so they don’t curl your lashes as good and the rubber kind of peels off and it rusts but besides that it worked pretty well
