GLR-6 Gut Lining Repair Supplement

First I am not a doctor, my advice is based on my personal long journey. I take this with and VSL probiotics at night. I also take Thorne leaky gut support In the morning. It took a little time but all my gas and pains subsided. My gut motility and movements improved. Gut processed better and movements were more solid. Lastly these are not miracle products. Diet including when and how much you eat along with sleep go a long way (Don’t eat big meals, don’t eat late and take the above on empty stomach) Don’t give up

I started having stomach issues this past year out of nowhere. Cramping, bloating, gas and many urgent trips to the bathroom. My guess was the quality of the food supply. I tried cutting out certain foods and liquids, and that was hit and miss. Took forever to get in to see a doctor and even then they weren’t much help. Testing didn’t turn up anything wrong. I decided to give these pills a try along with a change in diet. After a few months my stomach was basically back to normal. I cut out processed foods, sugar and bought bread from local bakeries. That combination seemed to work and hopefully the symptoms won’t return. The pills seemed to work since diet alone didn’t heal my gut completely. If symptoms do return, I will buy these again.

basically life saving for me, helps me be able to eat with out pain and so much more comfortably, been on it for maybe 2 years now? i have fatty liver and get bile acid malabsorption easily ( i also have mcas/sjrogrens/IC/eds so my mucosa and lining are more sensitive and fragile) i notice it helps with my stomach and IC sooooo much and can tolerate more foods that would usually trigger reflux or pain/irritation with these, save me so much from flares, and my partner says the fenugreek makes my sweat smell like maple, will continue to buy for literally forever

I just started taking it and I haven't had a flare-up yet. I'll know better once I've taken it longer.

I am on my third bottle. This is a miracle gut relief capsule. I have been suffering from acid reflux which causes discomfort. Bad breath, bloating. Nausea every other day due to acid reflux.
