She said to use my anti aging and heavier moisturizers at night bc that's when your skin replenishes so it will work better then and you'll be getting the best use out of the more expensive moisturizers but that this is a great lightweight daytime moisturizer. And it can be used on face and body. When I use it, it feels nice and refreshing. When I was using my anti aging moisturizer I felt like my face stayed shiny all day, too shiny. People probably thought I have oily skin when in fact I'm more on the dry side. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or oily. It keeps my skin feeling moisturized all day and not dry.
