A: Yes, this oil exceeds the service requirements of API GL-5

A: I am using it for differential oil. Little heavy for transmission oil.

**Q: Can I use on a transmission**
A: The SAE 75w-90 is for the rear ends. Trans oil uses a different oil weight.
