Had other Plantronics headsets that cost as much but could not keep them on my ear due to the crazy ear tips.I like the Motrola Silver elite but the microphone performance is not as good as I needed. With that being said these ear tips are a great deal, allows for a good fit and are quite comfortable but do become loose on the headset and to be honest dirty (even with a thorough cleaning) after a month or so. The ability to quickly change out the ear tips enables me to maintain the great fit at a very reasonable price. The problem is, the Voyager is high quality and heavy duty, you will have it for a long time. Your 1 ear tip may get dirty or break, life happens. These fit perfectlt and i will get more as i just bought another voyager recently. Only downside is it was kind of difficult to find these, but its done so nothing to complain about.
