Stopped working. *by S***K on Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2019* Given the low price, I don’t hold the highest expectations. My initial impression was fairly good since the sound quality is surprisingly crisp. My first issue came in the form of dropped signals - this was remedied by twisting the pod position, I assume the Bluetooth antennae isn’t very strong. Another strange issue is that the pods occasionally state “connected” when not - also sometimes only one will connect, causing me to need to power off and re-establish a fresh connection (by “forgetting” the saved connection). The provided inserts are flimsy, one was quickly destroyed in attempting to switch sizes, and I’m finding that even the largest size will still slip from my ears during use (I fear these will break soon from drop impact). Finally, and most frustrating, the right pod reports “battery low” by nearly 2 hours less usage than the left (I tested by watching a film, after shutoff). Overall, I’d recommend looking elsewhere ...maybe something with a better Bluetooth protocol.UPDATE: One of the earbuds has completely lost function. It was flashing red and blue until the power drained and now no longer charges.NOTE: You may receive a letter in the mail offering a free gift in exchange for a 5 star review ...the letter also asks that you not mention the letter or gift in your review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good BT range *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 9, 2019* The pics others have posted are accurate, so, I'll skip that part.I've been on a quest for a set of wireless buds that I really like and these are my latest purchase.I drive Uber/Lyft so, my primary use for a wireless headset is listening for directions while driving and music in-between rides.The audio on these is nice...pretty good bass (they seal well) and smooth highs. If I could change one thing, it would be to have their audio level a bit louder for my liking.I noticed that when I exit my car, these have a really good range before the BT disconnects...greater than others I've tried...nice for a quick run into the convenience store :)Fit in my ears is usually an issue, but these and the supplied tips seem to work well for me.These seem to be a good balance of price and function, IMO. ### ⭐ Pay up for quality *by K***M on Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2019* Bought these because the star rating was high. I got these not expecting Bose quality, so was not disappointed with the sound. When it stayed charged. Connectivity is a constant problem. Fit is an issue to, always slips out of my ear when I start to sweat. Tried different size ear pieces, but still slid out. So bad items make it through the quality control checks, so this could be a rare case. I'd return them if I still had the box.
