How thick are these? I see one person saying 1/4", another said .106".

It's the thickness of a standard saw blade. Definitely not 1/4 inch.

Can use take these inserts out and put in another blade or are they a one time , one blade use only?

These stay on the saw. They are not a press fit to the blade. If you have runout in the blade, these are worn and need to be replaced.

Will these work with a fs tool sm6300 blade on a dewalt dws780?

Those numbers mean nothing to me. I use them on my Craftsman 12" radial arm saw so that I can use a one inch arbor on my 5/8 arbor. You can't find a good selection of 5/8 arbors and a 12 inch saw blade. This makes it possible. If you have a one inch arbor and want to use it on a 5/8 I don't see why it wouldn't work regardless of the make of the blade or saw.
