All of the poor reviews are pretty unfair and based on personal preference vs. quality. The quality of the journal is insane! Sturdy front and back cover, thick and durable paper, a spiral (which is essential in my opinion) and every page is 100% colored and designed and completely different from the next. It's a work of art! There are manifesting mantras on every few pages and despite what someone recently commented in a review, there ARE several journal prompts in the journal. They just aren't every day. Other than that it is essentially a blank notebook which makes it very flexible to use because you can use it in ANY way you desire! This journal is meant to be used in conjunction with GB's book Super Attractor, but it doesn't have to be! I used it while doing Gabby's manifesting challenge in January and since then I have used it to journal at my leisure. I love to pull a daily tarot card and reflect in my journal because SO many incredible things have come to light for me and I am manifesting like wild. Have a little imagination, you're manifesting after all! This journal kicks ass and I filled mine up in just a month. I just ordered a second journal to continue on.
