They feel like they are of a higher quality than most others I have taken, and I feel like the owner(s) must really take the time to research each one, and to find the most optimal way of delivering the supplement to the body of the user. In addition, I do eat healthy and exercise, and I feel better and stronger than ever - yes, at 40. I bought nictotinamide after listening to a doctor talk about how essential it is as one ages. I'm 55 so it seemed like a wise idea. I first tried Resveracel which was a lot more expensive but the recommended brand. Honestly, I don't really notice a difference from using it. I'm pretty healthy, slim and energetic and apparently look young for my age (without any plastic surgery). On the other hand, I had no negative effects.
