These pillows are soft but still firm enough to be supportive, so they are really comfortable. The cooling feature actually works, and I have noticed a big improvement in my sleep since using them. Absolutely great for the price. The inner foam feels like high quality and the cooling side some how stays very cool, feels much cooler than standard covers right out of the box. Unfortunately however, I was looking for something a tad softer. I assume for most people these will be fantastic. However, when compared to the coop pillow, they feel a bit more firm, but the coop is also 4x more expensive for only ~20% softer. And, the slightly firmer feel may be preferable to some people. It almost has the springy feeling of latex foam, and not as “cloudy” soft as the coop. It was also great that they came with some extra foam, may be useful for some people, for us, we had to take some out and they were still not as soft as the coop.
