The shoulder doesn't have much padding so it can start to dig in if you're wearing for a long period of time. The part that goes against your back also doesn't have any pading so you can feel pieces of the stroller sometimes too. Bought this originally for a Japan trip but decided to just buy a carry on size backpack luggage from ebags instead.
