Get Reader Rabbit toddler....there is no need to use the clicker on the mouse instead the keyboard or the movement of the mouse is the interaction. The activity which encourages your child to color using the mouse is the most engaging activity in this area. Overall, the songs are very catchy and I found my 2 year singing along and dancing like the characters and I definitely like the fact that she would much rather play on the computer with this software than watch TV! I can't imagine how often the kids who get sick of it are playing it. With normal use it is not boring. I do think that it is geared for children who are a little older if they are playing alone. I can't imagine an 18 month old being able to navigate the menus without a parent. Also, I've never seen the bugs others have.
