I mostly follow this, but for the second largest (medium) one. This one is used the most in my kitchen and I throw it into the dishwasher (top rack) about twice a week. I doubt it though because the company advertises their cutting boards for kitchen use. **Q: How much the thickness in cm** A: They defraud us that the dimensions are 14 inches x 11 inches x 0.8 inches. That would be the correct dimensions only if the 3 boards were glued together.
