They're great as crackers, but they are especially great as a gluten-free alternative to other types of "bread crumbs." I throw them in the food processor with seasonings (salt, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, etc., etc.), whiz it into very small crumbs, and bread my fish or chicken, and fry 'em up! They work so well!
