It holds a lot and the ice pack keeps the cold items cold until they eat lunch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can pack a lot in but don’t use the top handle as a strap *by M***5 on January 25, 2020* I bought this for my son 14 yrs old. He is pretty hard on things. The top carry handle ripped off after about a month of him strapping it to his backpack with a caribiner and there is some fraying of the material on the edges.
