**Q: is the replacement supposed to be loose, because mine is a little loose and could twist around very easy. orginal one i bought was very tight?**
A: Im not sure if it's meant to be loose or tight. I would bet that as long as the cartridge is secured to the mouth piece that it should still function properly. So far i have swapped out 2 on mine, both "clicked" to the mouth piece and the "cover" clicked together as well. Not sure if that helps.

**Q: Within one week of daily use the filter is sticky with resin and raised so that when blowing smoke in, I get resin on my lips. Any tips?**
A: Personally I just used a sewing pin to pin down the raised part. Or with a paper towel wet with some rubbing alcohol and wipe away the resin.

**Q: Does this filter work for the Sploofy Pro?**
A: Yea it does. It works for both styles.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything is great except the mouthpiece.

I gave this product 5 stars because it is the overall best product on the market that does what it advertises. That doesn't mean it's a perfect product. As others have noted, the mouthpiece could be more ergonomically designed. My suggestion: eliminate the wide rim around the inner cylinder and elongate the inner cylinder a couple of inches to allow for finger grips further down the cylinder. This would allow you to put your mouth over the cylinder but not as far as the finger grips. Having your mouth over the cylinder while exhaling, a la Smokebuddy, is a better design and it's easier to clean. The Sploofy looks sleeker and better than Smokebuddy but really this is all about function. The current mouthpiece design is awkward to use and occasionally allows for smoke to escape if your mouth isn't positioned just right. My mouth is wide enough to fit over the whole rim and use it like a Smokebuddy but that's pretty gross if you're sharing the Sploofy with anyone other than a romantic partner, and it necessitates a lot of cleaning. I love that the Sploofy filters are biodegradable and I don't have to throw away plastic every time I need a new filter. That alone is enough to keep me from purchasing your products from some of your competitors. The capacity of the Sploofy filter is excellent. Ya'll just need to improve the mouthpiece design a bit and it would be perfect.
