My friend told me about these glasses and how it helps to block out blue light from the monitor and she says she experiences less headaches, so I wanted to try these out. The way these glasses work is that it provides protection from blue light and UV lights which reduces eye strain, headaches and blurred vision. It also reduces glare caused by the computer monitor. In turn, less eye strain causes more restful sleep, so I’m hoping these will help me fall asleep faster and sleep better. I haven’t noticed much difference in this department but I do notice myself not squinting or straining my eyes as much when I wear these at work. I also like that these are stylish and look like everyday regular glasses. I love the turquoise color and design.
