Well bought two and nothing similar of them both so cooking times were so different, tomahawks are meant to have the traditional bone to hold this had been cut off so short so unable to do this , how ever after re-looking on original post this was the picture.but the meat wasn’t juicy and not a bright fresh red colour of fresh meat on arrival as if it had been already pre-frozen before dispatched.
