My choice would be treated wood or a piece of blueboard foam . **Q: Can this be cut to make a 46”x27” pan?** A: Yes, as long as the drain is offset to one side, and not in the center. It cuts easily with a sharp utility knife. **Q: what are on center dimentions of hole on your 32"x 60" off set shower tray?** A: The hole is 12 - 1/4" However, there is a shower tray disc that goes in the hole and accepts a drain kit with a 2 or 3in. outlet **Q: so this is basically a 32x60 piece of styrofoam, maybe 1" on thick side & 1/4" on thin side, right? (Please confirm dimensions). Thanks!** A: Yes. That is pretty accurate.
