Not exactly my taste in music but it made him really happy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 20 years on & no sign of stopping... *by G***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2012* It's hard to believe it's been like 20 years since "Cross the Styx" first made our ears bleed, but here we are in 2012 and here's Sinister still ripping out brutal death metal. Aad may be the only original member, but he keeps it true to Sinister's formula of massive chords, tight drumming and killer production. Is this the best Sinister album ever? No, Cross the Styx will always be for me the ultimate Sinister album(and one of the best death metal albums of all time, I.M.O.) But this is a great album in it's own right, and few bands that have been around this long(death metal or otherwise) can come out with an album this good. Bottom line- if you like Sinister you'll love this, ditto if you're a fan of heavy music in general.
