The one time I carried my guitar anywhere in it,I first wrapped it in a towel to keep the inside of the case from scratching it,then I stretched a bungee cord around the outside of the case to keep it from popping open.Listen,you'd be better off with a soft,padded gig bag than this thing.Or better yet,for about twice the price of this,you can get a decent hard case that you can actually carry your guitar around in. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ complete package !!!!! *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2013* hard guitar case used 4 the most valuable electric guitar in history. Cheapest I found on Amazon? Yep. Worth it? Nope.Case is about as thick as a good-quality cardboard box, and only slightly less flimsy (thanks, probably, to the faux-vinyl covering). The inside is un-lined, un-padded, and un-formed; just a cavernous guitar-shaped box - the point being your les paul WILL NOT be held in place, and will jostle around in the box. Not sure about you, but this is precisely what I'm buying a case to prevent.For my money I'll return this and spend the thirty extra dollars on the Epiphone case. I know two people with them, and they are quality cases.
