I am not confident with this case at all. Furthermore, I thought Apple made this case when I bought it but they did not. The description did not tell me who the maker was at the time of this review. The price is great but you do get what you pay for. This case fits and works but it does not feel that strong at all. In addition, after only two days, the upper right hand corner does not stay closed completely. I have tried to snap it back on but there seems to be nothing to snap together. So now, my concern is that if I drop my iPod that the entire case will just fall off. I am not happy with that. My iPod was not cheap so I need a really good, hard, and sturdy case to protect it from damage. I had one a long time ago for a different iPod and it was wonderful. It took many hits and falls and never hurt or even scratched the iPod. That is what I need. This may be okay, for a quick fix and when you don't have much money but it's not good for the long haul. Each time we had to remove the protective cover to completely insert the head phone jack.
