None of the activities are super strenuous on the brain, but they are also not super easy. They are just a genuinely fun and relaxing escape from reality and electronics! Honestly it's the best adult activity book to change up the boredom of the norm. Everything in the book is challenging and different from any other one you could find. There are so many different puzzles it's hard to put down. The best part is how vulgar but hilarious it is from front to back. I love how freely it was created with no worries of pissing people off.
