The urinalysis prescription food has prevent blockages and stones but unfortunately does not help reduce flare ups or general anxiety. We are on month four of using this and have noticed a significant improvement. She has not had a flare up. Normally anytime someone comes over to visit she will have a flare up and pee on all the rugs in the house but this has not happened while taking this. She also seems calmer in general. After reading reviews we decided to open the capsule and add the powder directly to her wet food once a day. I add a little bit of warm water to dissolve it and mix it in to where she can’t see it. My cat is picky so I went slow with this. She loves Churru’s so I added this to the food for the first week of adding cystease and then slowly tapered her off Churru.
