Upon receiving my new earpads, the first thing that I noticed was the superb quality and stitching of the earpads. They feel really soft, softer than V-Moda's own cushions. The AHG earpads conform much nicer around the ear and the memory foam responds to pressure like a soft pillow. They are much more comfortable than the cushions that V-Moda offers. How is that even possible? V-Moda is known for having perhaps the most awkward and uncomfortable cushions. They're headphones are great, but their stock earpads are horrible. Finding other earpads for the V-Moda is pretty much impossible due to their proprietary earcup design. So, I recently aquired an M-100 Master from V-Moda. V-Moda's headphones are also known for the tremendous clamp force. Because of this I could not wear the headphones for more than 30 minutes because the stock earpads are just plain trash. I wear glasses too, so the pressure was unbearable. So I bought V-Moda's XL earpads hoping they would ease some pressure and perhaps add some comfort to my ears. NOPE! The XL cushions are just a tad "bigger", but they barely improve comfort when compared to V-Moda's stock earpads. But guess what? These earpads from Accessory House Global do a far better job than V-Moda's own XL cushions. Not just in quality, but actually more comfortable and much more spacious from the inside. My ears now fully fit inside the new earpads. The pressure has also eased on my ears now that these new earpads are softer. If it concerns you, the sound signature did not change at all with the new cushions. At least is shouldn't, they are bigger but keep the same hexagonal design. Want to upgrade your V-Moda earpads? Get these instead. Don't bother getting replacements or XL cushions from V-Moda, they aren't worth it. These earpads from Accessory House Global are a far better option.

Easy to install. They’re very soft and have a thick cushion that makes them very comfortable. They also block sound very well. I’ll be interested to see how durable they are. I had the original pads for years before they finally came apart. These seem nice, but I’ve only had them a few weeks. I use my headphones very frequently, and so far these seem good.

These are thicker than the XL's, however, the area for your ear to fit in is a bit smaller - still bigger than the default, but they REALLY need to make a version that is just as thick but has the XL sized ear opening. This could be 5 stars, but 2 stars much come off for this. They are still comfortable enough, and I think I even like then more than XL because your ears and a bit further away and it makes the headphones sound a bit better in all regards (and no, you are not robbed of bass either, it US a bit more defined though). HOWEVER - it might just be that they ARE as open and this bit of extra awesome thickness gives off the impression since less of your ears are touching the driver, which itself can distract from how much space they are giving - deepening a hole can make it seem narrower, IOW.

Apparently they are releasing a revised version in the coming month. Yes, they are better than both the stock and XL pads. They are larger, and actually feel like memory foam, vs. the XL pads feeling like typical "spongey" foam. Comparing the XL to the stock pads, the XL did not impress me; they were $20 for a side-grade... just slightly larger than the stock by a few mm. These ones are a few mm larger than the XL pads, and much more comfortable to boot. The sound isolation on these is excellent, and the sound quality has also increased when compared to the XL pads. I cannot comment on their longevity. With the XL pads, the headphones would become painful after an hour of use or so. With these pads, I have no discomfort after a few hours.

I didn’t even really use them and the material started deteriorating on the part that holds onto the headphone. Trash.

What I disliked most has nothing to do with the product itself. The removal of the original earpads from my v-moda lp2 headphones was difficult. The v-moda headphones have 16 tiny clips that keep the earpads LOCKED in. Once I managed to get them off, the replacement was simple. You just slide from bottom to top. Make sure the seam on your replacement earpads is at the bottom. And then you carefully go around and push the earpads into place until you hear a click. These earpads are a bit thicker than the original earpads that came on the headphones, but they're very, very comfortable! From a person that spends hours with headphones on each day, these are great! I would definitely recommend them!

Took a photo because I was admiring it. V-M100 from 2014. I ran through the stock pads and then replaced those with the official XL pads and finally felt I had ran those into the ground but didn't see official pads on Amazon. These looked solid though. They look nice. It looked like I got new headphones besides the headband looking a bit decayed. Looking at them felt good. Like I got a new expensive toy. To what matter comfort, fit, and isolation. They're great. Comfortable. Doesn't take long for the pads to go from fresh stiff feeling to compressing well. Isolates sound well. Improvement over my decaying pads. I'm happy there was someone on Amazon selling replacement pads

These pads are stupid easy to replace, first time doing the change on my V-Moda Crossfade M100 (Gen1) and it took less than 2 minutes to take off the small factory pads, and replace with the XL pads. The fit and feel are superior to the factory pads. I'm ordering another set as I don't want to be without a spare set. I have a big ole pumpkin head and wear glasses so with the stock pads I was in pain in about an hour. With these XL pads I can wear them for hours now. Also the price is right. A+++ all the way for me.

Easy to install and are quite comfy. Ears do get hot after extended use. Strong odor of glue, but I expect that to fade over time. Cant really complain for the price!
