Like the other reviewers mentioned, there aren't detailed explanations on how the moves work for some signs but that doesn't bother me much. I found the books with loads of explanations means loads of reading and sometimes I just want to know the sign so I can show my lil guy. It serves wonderfully as a comprehensive reference/dictionary styled guide to the various baby signs. I leave it on the kitchen counter and access it daily. When I do come across a sign that is perhaps unclear, I just google it and bam! I know what the picture is trying to explain.
