**Q: Does it scan both sides of the check?**
A: Yes it scans the front and back of the check. If you need to endorse the check then you need an IJ machine not an NJ

**Q: Is this scanner compatible with a MAC?**
A: Yes, however the software has to support the TS240 with MAC.   If it  is remote deposit and you have to contact your bank or software provider and ask if they their software supports Mac

**Q: What ink cartridges would this use?**
A: Providing it is the inkjet Model then you can use either HP C6602A, or Digital Check OEM Replacement 1 Line Inkjet Cartridge - PN: MS0083.

**Q: The comparison chart indicates that this is PC compatible but does not have details if it is Windows 10-compatible...does anyone know?**
A: Yes this is Windows 10 compatible.
