This pastry mat is an asset to the rest of my kitchen supplies. The radius outlines on it are great for accuracy while measuring. I’ve tried other baking mats and what really caught my eye about this one is the grip it has on any surface. It sits still and does not slip one inch which is great compared to the others. I’d recommend using extra flour on the mat just to have greater dough elasticity.
