It contains a brief introduction to Tai Chi, explains what Tai Chi is, the benefits of Tai Chi, the main styles of Tai Chi, how to prepare for Tai Chi class, basic terms, breathing techniques, 108 Yang style movements, 108 WU style Tai Chi, 108 Taoist movements and sword/Saber form. No matter what style of Tai Chi you may be studying this brief summary guide can provide students and instructors with a quick reference source. Rating: 4 Stars. Joseph J. In the past I have ordered numerous summary guide charts on various educational subjects. They do not take the place of learning from a qualified teacher or reading educational books on a particular subject; however, they are good review guides.
