I got this walker for my mother. She is absolutely happy using it. It is sturdy and convenient to use.

This walker has to be used by supper Senior Citizen.It has following problems- 1.When in open condition the seat is very small and uncomfortable. The back rest is also not comfortable. 2.when closed He has always to put his hands on Brakes as it runs on 2 wheels which is inconvenient. With weak mental faculty he has the fear of skidding and falling. 3.We want to return it pl collect it at the earliest as we are going out of station. 4.For his present need he already has U Step 11 walker Thanks in anticipation

The seat is very badly designed and therefore unsafe and uncomfortable for the user. I wished to return the product but Amazon refused. Don't buy this product

This walker is a very useful addition for anyone needing a walker but with limited storage space. It opens and collapses easily with a strap with fastener to ensure it stays shut, and can be easily stored in a small space. It’s light-weight but stable and provides a perch for sitting. Although the perch isn’t as comfortable as a full seat, it works well for short periods. It’s ideal for use in places that have narrow doorways since the walker can be made narrower by simply lifting the handle to go through the doorway, then pushing the handle back down to revert to its full width. Very happy with this walker!

This is a fantastic rollator. It arrived ready to go. It’s so easy to use, Unclip the buckle, push down on the seat and it’s ready to go. Folding up is so easy too. Pull up on the handle in the middle and it’s folded, clip the buckle and it’s secure. Great for the car as it takes up so little space compared to a standard rollator and it’s so light. The pockets are ideal for phone, iPad or the bigger net one underneath can take larger items. Yes it’s more expensive but it’s definitely worth it and the company will help with reclaiming the VAT.

My wife finds this rollator to be an excellent compromise between robustness and ability to fold compactly. Lightweight enough that I can easily carry it up and down stairs, while my wife carefully makes her way by using both hands to hang onto the handrail. Compact and lightweight enough to store behind the front seats of a car, or in the trunk. The fit and finish are excellent, and spare parts are available to replace broken or worn-out pieces. We wish the wheels were larger, to allow smoother passage over rough surfaces, without getting caught or hung up on pavement defects.
