Product description These are the faces behind the launch of The Tranquil Abode Hi, this is Jennifer! Thanks for checking us and our story out. In the Spring of 2017, our family received the devastating news that Brendan, my husband and father to our 4 young children all under age 6, had stage IV non-smoker's lung cancer. Given the uncertainties of the future and the loss of his job due to his health, we set to create a business together. The Tranquil Abode was launched as both a family adventure to spend time together as well as a means to create income, help with medical expenses, and contribute to charitable causes like lung cancer research... all by supplying quality organizational products for your home! In Memory of Our Founder, Brendan My husband, Brendan, was only 31 at the time of his diagnosis and had to quit his career to undergo treatment. His vision for The Tranquil Abode was something we could build and work on together in our home with our four kids running around in the background. His heart was to provide financial security for those he loved most. And he did this all while battling a terminal illness and undergoing multiple rounds of treatments. Brendan's faith, passion, fierceness and "full-speed-ahead" mentality is unmatched. He was sharp, determined, and kind-hearted. He was also courageous, abundantly generous, and the best daddy any kid could hope for. We could not be more proud and thankful for how relentlessly he fought to live fully and to love those around him well. On April 26, 2021, after a 4-year battle, he went to his rest with his Savior. The size is perfect, not too big, not too small. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: I cannot get the O rings to stay on. How do you get the o rings on?**
A: We have found that it is much easier to start on one side... and then pull the o-ring over to the other side; rather than just trying to push the O-Ring on both sides simultaneously. So hook it over one cleat.... and then roll/pull it towards the other cleat to secure it (it will pop into place and be secure). I hope this helps!

**Q: I bought this item a year ago and love it but now a couple of my shelves are cracked or broken.  How can I get more?**

Pick this item over all the others like it, and you won't regret it! The size is perfect, not too big, not too small. The shelves are adjustable to your preferred height, so I was able to fit all my makeup and so much more (hair products, hair accessories, nail polish, jewelry, etc.)! The lazy susan turns with easy but doesn't feel like it's going to go off the rails or become unsteady. Honestly, the part I was most impressed with was the O-rings. They secure the shelves perfectly and were easy enough to get on too. This product is so great, I'm ready to look at everything else this seller offers. Love it! This shelf is really pretty. I don’t wear a lot of makeup but I had a shelf full of little essential oil bottles and it was just impractical and a pain to dust. This is perfect for my essential oils and the beauty products I use frequently. It looks very stylish on my shelf. I love that it turns and that the shelves are adjustable. I saw a review that was concerned about how sturdy the shelves are. I always laugh when people review a product negatively due to user error. If you deliberately tug on the shelves, they move a little. But why would you do that? I’m not going to give it to my 2 year old but even a young child of about age 4 could use this shelf for play or to hold bows and things and I would not be concerned. It is perfect for what it is designed for: securely holding your items in place while saving you a ton of space. Assembly was easy and had great instructions. All the adjustable shelves are securely attached using the little bands that come with the system.
